Did the shop open on time? Was the equipment checked? Is the room ready for the next guest? When you cannot be there, even a small task can turn into a string of calls and messages.
DoneCheck gives that work a simple home: a checklist, a deadline, photos from the person doing it, and a clear view of what still needs attention.
Built around the people doing the work
Owners create one-time jobs or recurring routines. Their team opens a shared link or scans a QR code, completes the checklist, and takes the required photos. Workers do not need an account or an app installation.
Use it for shops, cafés, offices, maintenance visits, rentals, and other places where work happens. The app calls each work location a “Property”; you do not need to be in the property business.
Useful records, human judgement
Checklists and photos help you review a job remotely. They do not verify a person’s identity, presence, or quality of work. You remain in charge of the decision.
