Digital delivery policy

DoneCheck is an online software subscription. Nothing needs to be shipped.

What you receive

Your subscription provides access to DoneCheck’s web application for creating jobs, sharing worker access, collecting checklists and photos, reviewing work, and receiving configured notifications within your plan’s limits.

Trial access

Create an account and finish business setup to start your seven-day trial. Use a supported browser and an internet connection. Workers need camera permission for jobs that require photographs.

Paid subscription activation

When paid checkout is available, subscriptions are activated after the payment provider confirms the required payment and subscription status to DoneCheck. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm activation. Check Billing for the current status.

Confirmation is normally automatic. If payment has been deducted but access has not updated, contact bytegenietechnologies@gmail.com with your payment reference. Do not pay again while the first payment is being checked.

No physical delivery

There are no physical products, shipping charges, shipping areas, or physical returns. QR codes can be downloaded and printed by you; we do not ship QR stickers.
