Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you use DoneCheck.

Agreement and operator

DoneCheck is operated by Sahil Lakhmichand Sukhawani trading as Byte Genie Technologies (GSTIN 27JYQPS1347B1Z1). By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to act for the business whose account you create.

What the service does

DoneCheck helps you define delegated work, collect checklists and camera photos, schedule recurring jobs, and review unfinished work. You define the tasks, review submissions, and decide what action to take. A work location is called a “Property” in the application.

Accounts and responsible use

Each business has one owner account. Workers use revocable links or QR codes without signing in. Protect your account and worker links, keep your business details accurate, and share access only with people who should use it.

You must have permission to collect and submit information. Do not use DoneCheck for unlawful activity, harassment, deceptive evidence, unnecessary collection of personal information, or attempts to compromise the service.

Plans, billing and renewal

The seven-day trial includes one active work location and requires no payment method. Paid plans, prices, currencies, and limits are described on our pricing page. Where available, monthly or yearly subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew until cancelled. Review the amount, currency, taxes, and renewal terms shown before confirming payment.

Plan changes depend on the available options and terms shown in Billing; do not assume a prorated refund or immediate upgrade. Custom plans require a separate confirmed agreement.

Usage limits

Each work location supports up to three jobs per local date. Each job supports up to ten work sections, thirty checklist items in total, and ten photographs. An accepted photograph may not exceed 5 MB. These limits apply even where there is no separate charge per worker, job, or photo.

Records, alerts and service availability

You retain ownership of the content you submit and permit us to process it to provide the service. Accepted submissions cannot be edited; owner resolutions are recorded separately. Notification delivery depends on providers, browser permissions, and connectivity. Check the dashboard when reviewing work; an alert is not a guarantee that somebody has read it.

DoneCheck does not verify worker identity, physical presence, or quality of work and is not a substitute for required supervision or safety inspections. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Cancellation, refunds and expiry

Cancel renewal through Billing. Access continues through the paid period. Our cancellation and refund policy explains first-purchase eligibility and processing timelines. A 30-day recovery period follows effective expiry; after that, operational data is removed from active systems. Reactivation does not create jobs for missed historical dates.

Suspension and liability

We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns, payment failure, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request business deletion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Byte Genie Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, applicable law and changes

Our privacy policy explains data handling, and our digital delivery policy explains access. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction. We will publish updates here and communicate material changes through appropriate service channels.
