This policy covers owners, people completing work through shared links, and visitors to DoneCheck.
Information we process
- Account and business information, including your name, email, country, timezone, work locations, and operational contacts.
- Jobs, schedules, checklists, answers, self-reported worker names, photographs, and server-recorded submission times.
- Subscription and payment references, billing status, and notification delivery records. Razorpay processes payment credentials when paid checkout is available; we do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or bank passwords.
- Session cookies, browser storage for preferences and sign-in, technical logs, and security/rate-limit records. If you enable push notifications, we store the device registration token used to deliver them.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate your account, show and schedule work, store submissions, deliver configured alerts, manage billing, answer support requests, and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Shared access and photographs
Anyone with an enabled work-location link or QR can access eligible open work there without an account. Owners control who receives it and can replace or disable it. Keep links private and inform workers about the information they submit.
The owning business’s owner can review its accepted submissions and private photos. Platform administrators manage service metadata and do not receive routine access to private photographs. Support access or disclosure may be necessary to resolve an issue, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
The worker flow uses camera capture with permission. Photographs are processed for storage and assigned a content hash. Worker names are self-reported; these records do not verify identity, attendance, or workmanship. Avoid capturing people, documents, or other personal information that is unnecessary for the job.
Service providers and international processing
We use Google Cloud/Firebase for hosting, authentication, storage, and push delivery, configured email services for operational email, and Razorpay for payments when enabled. Regional application resources are in Singapore; global provider services may process data in other countries. Providers receive information needed to perform their service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
Operational history is retained while your subscription is active. Effective expiry starts a 30-day recovery period; without reactivation, operational data is removed from active systems. Owners can request earlier business deletion through Account settings. Notification delivery records are retained for 90 days and security/administrative audit records for 12 months. Minimal billing records may be retained for accounting and legal obligations.
Deletion from active systems does not necessarily remove copies immediately from provider backups or logs. Where retained, those copies remain subject to their retention cycles and restricted access. We do not promise that deleted work can be restored.
Your choices
Owners can disable or replace worker access, manage operational contacts, and request business deletion. You can disable notifications in browser settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact bytegenietechnologies@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
